For this reason, we provide both in-house training programmes and external courses.


DANX Carousel Logistics Academy
Following our merger with Carousel Logistics in 2022, we introduced the DANX Carousel Logistics Academy. This Academy serves as our learning hub, offering a wide range of training and development programs designed to meet diverse needs at various career stages – available both online and in-person.
The academy features an extensive catalogue of education and training opportunities, spanning from a fundamental portfolio available for everyone, to specialised training in order to meet the different needs of each role. It is structured in three core pillars:
- Internal Learning: Custom-designed workshops, courses, and development programs created and delivered in-house.
- External Learning: Handpicked external courses, seminars, and opportunities for ongoing education.
- Online Courses: A wide range of training materials available to all employees through an online learning platform.
We are always open to the needs of our employees and can support additional external training when necessary. Through an individual development plan, we identify specific requirements and tailor the right solution for each employee – consistently striving to create the best conditions for personal and professional development.
Development for growth
Another key element of our learning and development initiatives is the Development for Growth program.
Development for Growth is an in-house programme designed for junior and middle managers at DANX Carousel. It equips participants with the tools and skills necessary to excel in their current roles and prepare for future opportunities. The program consists of four modules delivered over 12 months and is led by both internal and external development experts.
The program focuses on challenging participants’ perspectives and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones, where we believe true learning happens. It is highly interactive and covers various essential areas critical for succeeding in a management role at the DANX Carousel Group.
Some of the areas that you will touch upon when taking part in the programme include the following:
- Management tools, leadership values and leadership style
- Knowledge of customers, sales, and supply chain
- Management of projects, strategy, change and career planning
- Understanding of support and business functions
- Linking participants’ skills to best business practices
- Increasing participant visibility to the wider organisation and networking opportunities.
