Environmental impact

As part of the DANX Carousel Group, a frontrunner in critical spare parts distribution, we recognise our profound responsibility to champion sustainability and drastically minimise operational emissions. We’re actively leading Europe’s critical service logistics industry in decarbonising transportation and logistics, with ambitious targets to reduce emissions by 40% by 2035 and a monumental 90% by 2050.

To achieve this, we’re implementing robust measures, including enhancing network efficiency, adopting cleaner fuel alternatives, and embracing sustainable product replacements to cut greenhouse gas emissions. We’ll also maintain rigorous monitoring and transparent reporting of our progress, ensuring continuous improvement every step of the way.

Social responsibility

We’re driven by a mission to create positive change, actively involving our employees and local communities throughout Europe. The well-being and safety of our team and partners are non-negotiable. That’s why we constantly improve safety protocols, provide essential ADR training, conduct regular engagement surveys, and proactively manage stress-related absences.

Diversity is vital to our strength as an organisation. We champion gender equality and ensure everyone has fair access to valuable learning and development opportunities, fostering continuous growth for every employee.

Beyond our operations, the DANX Carousel Foundation empowers us to give back. By supporting community projects aligned with our values of ownership, learning, and caring, we’re making a real and lasting impact in the areas where we operate.

Goal 3 - Good health and wellbeing

We actively champion the health and welfare of our team, conducting regular engagement assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement. This includes implementing targeted stress reduction programs, thorough education to prevent accidents, and prioritising safety to foster a secure and healthy work environment for everyone.

Goal 4 - Quality education

We sponsor equal access to learning and career progression for all staff, making substantial investments in comprehensive internal and external training programmes, such as our Development for Growth initiative. We also support local community educational initiatives through the DANX Carousel Foundation.

Goal 5 - Gender equality

Historically, the logistics sector has been a male-dominated industry. Since it should be accessible to everyone, we are committed to securing diversity and gender equality within our Group. Our goal is to improve and promote gender equality across the organisation, increasing gender balance by 4% companywide and by 5% at both senior management and middle management levels by 2027.

Goal 11 - Sustainable cities and communities

Through the DANX Carousel Foundation, we actively invest in our local communities, fostering learning and education for our employees, their families, partners, and the wider logistics industry ecosystem.
