DANX obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification in December 2018.

DANX is working with the following six quality goals to continuously improve our quality. The six goals are:

  • Maintain our 99% plus on time performance on group level.
  • Reduce the number of claims per parcel with 5% compared to level 2023.
  • Improve our customer and receiver satisfaction through NPS (performed quarterly / yearly).
  • Improve employee engagement (as measured through our half-yearly Engagement Survey) on a Group level on specific items as defined by Senior Management Team.
  • Reach the goal of scanning percentage of 94%.
  • Our goal is to improve employee competence by using education-programs within DANX Academy.
